BHRS Program Coordinator-
Managerial Position responsible for the direction of program activities and personnel in pursuit of service delivery to assigned named clients and their families in compliance with all organization, contractual and provider organization obligations. Primary responsibilities include oversight of BHRS program and operating teams, compliance with appertaining regulations and contracts, program development and continuous improvement and innovation within the program. Supervisory responsibilities include staff training and development; interface with governmental and contracting agencies to monitor and assure compliance, quality control and referral base; oversight of client records to assure confidentiality and content in keeping with applicable regulations; oversight of billing for provided services to assure budgetary and regulatory compliance.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Human Service related field.
School Social Worker-
The social worker will work with the counselor in providing case management and therapeutic services to students and their families. Will also serve as a liaison between the school, the county social agency providers (providing services such as financial assistance, nutrition, housing, medical care, substance abuse prevention), and families. The social worker will work closely with project and building administrators to provide appropriate programming and linkages among service providers.
**This position will require a master’s degree in social work. This position is a grant-funded position that is renewable on a yearly basis. Manito is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE/AA)

Brief Treatment Therapist-
The Brief Treatment Therapist provides intensive therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and their families in settings other than a traditional office, including, but not limited to, home, community, school, or activity center. Assess strengths and therapeutic needs of the child and family. Ensure that child participates in treatment and that parents are involved in treatment planning, efforts, and meetings. Provide clinically sound services that enable the child to be maintained and function appropriately in the least restrictive environment. Participate in treatment team meetings, write treatment plans, and complete Medical Assistance documentation. The Brief Treatment Therapist should have the ability to resolve crisis and conflict situations and develop positive relationships with clients.
EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE
Thorough knowledge of therapy and crisis intervention techniques as would be acquired through Licensure in a mental health profession; or a graduate mental health degree with at least one year of experience in a CASSP system (employed by or under contract to Children and Youth services, Juvenile Justice, Mental Health, Special Education, or Drug and Alcohol working with children) or employed by a licensed mental health services agency or subcontracted agency.
Brief Treatment is a model of Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services which allows for provision of services in a timelier manner. Brief Treatment services provide immediate access to Mobile Therapy or Behavioral Specialist Consulting services for consumers who require a level of care that is more intensive than traditional outpatient treatment.
Licensed Providers of Psychological Services - Part-time services
Provider must be credentialed with major insurance companies in PA and willing to work evenings. Services are provided in an outpatient setting. Qualifications are: Doctoral or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Applicable licenses include psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, and LPC. Excellent hourly wage.
